Alex Lindus is a second-generation owner of Lindus Construction / Midwest LeafGuard®, the award-winning home improvement company founded in Baldwin, Wisconsin in 1979 by his parents Kevin and Emily Lindus. Alongside brothers Andy and Adam, Alex took over day-to-day operations in 2011 and has helped grow the business to over 150 employees serving more than 100,000 customers across the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro and western Wisconsin. Recognized as the Wisconsin Builders Association's 'Builder of the Year' in 2020 — the highest honor a builder member can attain — Alex has distinguished himself as both a craftsman-leader and an innovator. Leveraging Lindus Construction's decade-long Salesforce customization journey, he co-founded ContractorFlow in 2021 and serves as its President/CEO, delivering a purpose-built CRM platform for contractors. Andy, Adam, and Alex Lindus introduced ContractorFlow via a Keynote speech at the 2021 Salesforce DreamForce event, cementing the company's reputation as a technology pioneer in the home improvement space.
