Bernie launched additional ventures like The Good Guys Construction to give trade crews steady work, benefits, and the same supportive culture.

He's a firm believer in cost-plus billing over time-and-materials, because it puts builder and client on the same side of the table with full invoice transparency.

His advice to young builders: obsess over preparation and organization so trades arrive to a ready job site, and protect crews with a healthy, supportive culture.
