I have been in the industry since I was 12, starting sweeping job site floors, worked my way up through carpentry, transitioned into sales and marketing which gives me a unique perspective on the industry as whole. My drive to succeed started with baseball where I was a 2007 Houston Astros draft pick, and that competitive drive has translated into making me the leader I am today. Growing up in the industry gave me the knowledge, baseball gave me the competitive drive, and mentors like Brian Gottlieb and Charlie Gindele have rounded out my tool chest out to be the leader I am today.
